1. When will my order arrive?
Our delivery timeframe includes both processing and shipping:

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes - shipping is completely free.
3. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
4. What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or full refund. Please check our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us at info@madylle.com. If order has not been shipped yet we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If order has been shipped you will need to follow the steps as mentioned above in the Step-by-step return process.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Return shipping is free in the case of defective or incorrect products. Learn more in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
8. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all purchases are covered by a 30-day quality guarantee. If anything’s wrong with your item, we’ll make it right.

Yes. We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
11. Do you have a physical store?
Madylle is an online-only store. This allows us to offer timeless pieces at fair prices without the markup of retail locations.
12. Can I place a large or bulk order?
Yes! For business or group orders, please contact our support team to discuss your needs.
13. Can I exchange an item?
